All Food & Beverage Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance naming the Chehalem Cultural Center as additionally insured. All payment transactions must be made through the vendor. The festival is not responsible for merchant services or payments of your goods.

If you are accepted as a vendor at the Willamette Valley Lavender Festival and you need to cancel for any reason, please notify the vendor coordinator (festivals@chehalemculturalcenter.org) as soon as possible so that we may contact a wait-listed vendor. Booths are non-transferable. Once accepted, application fees are non-refundable except in the case of festival cancellation.
Application Fee
Applications will not be considered complete and eligible for consideration until the vendor application fee is paid. Fee will be refunded if not accepted.
Notification of Acceptance
Applications will be considered in the order they are received and jurying will continue until all spaces are full.
Accepted applicants will be notified after the meeting in which they were juried. Artisans are encouraged to apply early, as space is limited for this popular event. Applications that are received after all spaces are full are wait-listed. Applicants' payments will either be deposited or returned after they have been juried.
