Application Fee

Applications will not be considered complete and eligible for consideration until the vendor application fee is paid. Fee will be refunded if not accepted.

Notification of Acceptance

Applications will be considered in the order they are received and jurying will continue until all spaces are full.

Accepted applicants will be notified after the meeting in which they were juried. Artisans are encouraged to apply early, as space is limited for this popular event. Applications that are received after all spaces are full are wait-listed. Applicants' payments will either be deposited or returned after they have been juried.

Cancellation

If you are accepted as an art/craft vendor at the Willamette Valley Lavender Festival and you need to cancel for any reason, please notify the vendor coordinator (festivals@chehalemculturalcenter.org) as soon as possible so that we may contact a wait-listed vendor. Once accepted, application fees are non-refundable and booths are non-transferable unless the festival is canceled. The festival will take place regardless of weather, bloom time or other adverse conditions.
